Techify Data Forms
A standalone web application consisting of customizable data capture forms and reports for operational or compliance purposes. Especially designed for healthcare facilities. Forms capture customer signature also and filled forms can be exported in pdf format to save in EMR/EHR system if needed.
It is currently integrated with the following third-party software.
